The following support services are provided to our customers:

  • Support Channel: LuitCRM - our web based CRM that can be accessed by clicking here

  • Issue and Patch Support: Customers can report issues and bugs via LuitCRM. The issues are prioritized and assigned to the release roadmap for bug fixes. Official releases then provide fixes to customer reported issues that can be downloaded via the CRM and installed. Depending on the severity and availability of the fix, workarounds may be developed and provided to the customer prior to an official release that is provided to all the customers of the version

  • Customer Wishlist: Customers can submit their wishes for new product features via LuitCRM. They can submit an unlimited number of wishes. Our technical team will review their wishes and if they find a wish interesting, it will be included in the release roadmap

  • Number of support requests: Currently, a customer can submit unlimited number of support requests via LuitCRM.

  • Business Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm IST
