When a file is uploaded, does the file stay in its native file format on the server?

LuitDox Platinum can be installed either in Windows server or in Linux servers.

LuitDox Platinum will stop working when the database crashes. The database can be restarted after which LuitDox Platinum will start functioning.

How much time does it take to install LuitDox Platinum?

It takes around 40 minutes to install and configure LuitDox Platinum provided Apache, PHP and MySQL is installed in the server.

Do we need a System Administrator to manage LuitDox Platinum?

No, a system administrator is not required to manage LuitDox Platinum. The software is very easy to manage and a user can manage the administrative aspects such as user and user group management.

Do we need to take training for using LuitDox Platinum?

No training is required for using LuitDox Platinum. The user friendly navigation coupled with intuitive navigation links and a comprehensive user guide makes LuitDox Platinum operation very simple.

Are basic training materials available for using LuitDox Platinum?

LuitDox Platinum provides document related alerts on the personalized user dashboard about various document related activities

Can I limit the size of the files uploaded to LuitDox Platinum?

Yes, you have complete control on the maximum file size that the can be loaded to LuitDox Platinum and can set it to whatever value you require.
