Purchase History:

LuitBiz ERP provides complete purchase history from your suppliers at your fingertips. This helps you in making further purchase decisions from them.

Partial Receipt Tracking:

Using LuitBiz ERP, you can track all the receipts against your purchase orders. This includes tracking of partial receipt of items against purchase orders.

Requisitions:

LuitBiz ERP allows your users to create purchase requisitions with an online form in the Employee Self Service Module. This eliminates paper-based forms and their associated errors. Once completed, requisitions are automatically routed for approval.

Purchase Orders:

You can view the list of all your purchase orders that you have issued to your suppliers. You can create purchase orders from approved purchase requisitions.

Purchase Request Tracking:

LuitBiz helps in tracking all the purchase requests made by its users via the online requisition form in the Employee Self Service Module.

Receiving:

Once you receive an item, LuitBiz ERP matches it with your original purchase order and adds it to the system. With proper receipt and purchase order matching, LuitBiz ERP notifies your accounts payable department that payment should be made to the supplier.
