Luit Infotech is
an India based software company with its registered
office in Bangalore. The company was founded in 2004.
Luit Infotech released
its first software product -- "LuitDox",
a web based Document Management System, in 2005. Initially,
we started off with several prestigious installations
of LuitDox in India in enterprise, education, research
and manufacturing sectors. Gradually we realized that
customers would like to have more than a Document
Management System. Our prospective customers would
ask us about extra value addition we could provide
them apart from managing their documents. Over time,
we realized that just managing their documents was
not enough for our customers. A software that would
help them to manage their entire business processes
seamlessly would be more desirable. This software
should have lot of applications and be very easy to
use and extremely affordable.
We found that there
were several software in the market that would help
companies manage certain aspects of their business,
but not satisfy their entire business requirements.
This is applicable to small and mid-sized companies,
which would prefer a single software that is easy
to use and affordable. So, we decided to develop a
software from ground-up that would have all applications
a company required to manage its entire business operations.
This software would be web based, very easy to use
and extremely affordable. Thus was born a dream called
"LuitBiz" in 2005.
The next step was
to design and develop LuitBiz. We spent a year and
a half in researching the exact market requirements.
We talked to prospective customers and decided that
LuitBiz should have full fledged ERP, CRM, HRM, Employee
Self Service and Document Management applications.
Additionally, we included Collaboration applications
in LuitBiz to help businesses manage their internal
collaboration and knowledge. Once all requirements
were finalized, we started developing LuitBiz. We
decided that LuitBiz would be delivered in the Cloud
Computing model, as it was becoming the accepted mode
of software delivery. This delivery model helps companies
bypass the hassles of managing large in-house IT infrastructure
and staff. Also, LuitBiz can be accessed from anywhere
and anytime. We wanted to tell our customers "You
manage your business and we manage your software".
We developed LuitBiz with these requirements and released
it in mid 2010. LuitBiz is a robust business suite
designed to meet customer's business requirements
and offered in the Cloud Computing (SaaS) model. It
can be easily customized to meet the business requirements
of different verticals.
Currently, LuitBiz
has been verticalized for railway thermit welding
companies, readymade garment manufacturing companies
and trading and distribution companies.
We also offer LuitBiz
HRM Suite that has Human Resource Management, Document
Management, Employee Self Service and Collaboration
Modules. This software is also offered in the cloud
model and can be used by companies who would like
to automate all their human resource processes over
the cloud.
